We rent stalls to trainers with Thoroughbreds in training, at $7/day per stall dry rate. Discounts are available for 6 or more horses.
Our facilities include a 924 acre farm, 5/8 mile dirt training track with wide turns (dragged daily and rolled weekly or more frequently as needed), 7 barns with 179 stalls, round pen, exerciser, and grass paddocks for turnout.
